• Manufacture, government certification, and sale of India's first bullet train track welding equipment enclosure.

• Single point contact for Caterpillar India for the sale and manufacturing of generators under their FG Wilson Brand.

• Set up and managed the FGW Deisel Generator Assembly line having the capacity to build 1500 units a year.

• Led the negotiations for a strategic contract with FG Wilson Caterpillar India Brand to manufacture Deisel Generators for their demand in India.

• Managed the assembly of four Oil and Gas 75Kw 20,000 SCMD Ariel booster compressors for ONGC.

• Manufactured a Mobile tuberculosis clinic for export to WHO Bangladesh.

• Manufacturing India’s 1st Mobile containerized Tubercolisis detection clinic and propagating its sale to the government by partnering with a leading radiological equipment manufacturer. 

• Conceptualizing and running the creation of ServeME, an app-based platform to connect customers and service providers of Mechanical Equipment, giving them an advantage of buying spares at the cheapest price.

• Business Head of the container design and manufacturing division of the group.

• Project Manager for the packaging of compressor packages of a major Oil and Gas company in India.

• Managing the coordination of the alliance partner program. A program through which young individuals can trade all products made by the Pai Kane Group in their respective localities and become entrepreneurs.

• Managing the sale of all traded products for the company.

• Managing the social media accounts of the company to increase its digital footprint.

• Managing the intranet website to continuously improve it.

• Designed and created an intranet website to propagate ease of access to policies, training, processes, and sales material to all employees of the PaiKane Group.

• Ran a social media campaign for Oxygenate Goa. An initiative by the family trust to supply oxygen concentrators for free, to anyone who needed them in the state.

• Managed the recording of all training material from experts within the company, for the current and future employees of the company.

• Creating a standardized interviewing structure, for effective hiring of individuals

• Managed the creation of standard worksheets for critical functions in the company, to determine value-adding and non-value-adding activities performed by the organization.

• Developing an alternate location for the manufacturing of the retail range of Sheaf Power's generator sets.

• Propagating the sale of Health Box to the Government and securing grants for the same.

• Conceptualizing and designing Heath Box.

• Project Manager for major projects in Saudi Arabia and Qatar executed by Sheaf Power Ltd.

• Single point contact for Sheaf Power Ltd, UK in India.

• Managing the coordination for the supply of all material between Sheaf Power Ltd, UK, and Power engineering Ind Pvt Ltd. for all orders. Resolving critical roadblocks as they arise.

• Prioritizing domestic and international inquiries for the sales team & quoting for the same from the India or UK plant depending on fiesability and requirement of the customer.

• Earned a Six Sigma Black Belt, certified by Caterpillar India by successfully executing a project aimed at increasing the plant production to meet customer demand without a large cost impact.

• Designed, managed, and executed the supply of retail racks at a prominent store in Goa. The project was taken up to evaluate the market for such a product in Goa.

• Managed the product development of engine-driven dewatering and firefighting pumps.

• Managing & taking critical decisions on all improvement projects initiated by the CMD.

• Ran a VSM (Value Stream Mapping) project for process and productivity improvement spanning 2 companies and 4 factories.

• Implementing 5S in a plant the manufacturer's sheet metal canopies & a plant that manufacturer's generator sets.

• Creating standard worksheets for generator set assembly processes, as a part of an exercise to determine the Value Stream Map of the company.

• Making minutes of every meeting that the CMD sits on.
